Habit Tracker is designed to prioritize your privacy:

• No User Accounts: You are not required to create an account or provide any personal identification (such as name, email, or phone number) to use the App.
• Local Data Storage: All data you enter—including habit names, check-in history, and notes—is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data.
• Media/Files Access: The App may request permission to access your device's storage solely for the purpose of the Import/Export Data feature, allowing you to back up or move your progress.

2. Third-Party Services

The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking tools. It does not transmit your personal data to any external servers.

3. Data Security

Since your data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security settings. We recommend using device-level encryption and passcodes to protect your information.

4. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children, as we do not collect any personal information at all.

5. Your Data Rights

• Deletion: You have full control over your data. You can delete specific habit entries or use the "Delete All Data" option in the App's settings to permanently erase all records from your device.
• Portability: You can use the "Export Data" feature to generate a file containing your habit history for your own backup purposes.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
