Welcome to WhiteBoard ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how our Android application (Package Name: com.rbit.apps.whiteBoard) handles your information when you use our app.

2. Information Collection and Use

WhiteBoard operates entirely offline and locally on your device.

No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect personal identification information such as your name, email address, phone number, or IP address.
No Tracking or Analytics: We do not use third-party tracking tools, advertising identifiers, or analytics services.
Local Artwork & Media Storage: All drawings, exported PNG images, and imported background photos created or opened within WhiteBoard are saved strictly in your device's local storage. They are never uploaded to any cloud server or external location.

3. Device Permissions

To provide core whiteboard features, WhiteBoard may request access to the following Android device capabilities:

Camera Access (Optional): Required only if you choose to capture a live photo to import into the whiteboard canvas. Photos taken are processed locally on your device.
Storage Access / Photo Picker (Optional): Required only to import existing images from your gallery into the canvas or to save your whiteboard artwork to your device's gallery.
Print Service (Optional): Uses the standard Android System Print Manager (androidx.print) to allow you to print drawings directly to local printers or generate PDF files on your device.

4. Children's Privacy

Our application is safe for users of all ages, including children. Because WhiteBoard does not collect any personal information, it fully complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families policy requirements.

5. Data Security

Since all data remains exclusively on your local device, the security of your drawings and imported photos relies on your device's native security settings and protection features.
